Winter Bridal Shower Outfit

I always thought that I would wear a cute white dress to my bridal shower but bc my shower will be in February, white may not be the best option for me. I've looked into white sweater dresses with black tights, and other color dressed but haven't been able to find exactly what I'm looking for. Was hoping to see if anyone has some ideas and suggestions?

I'm in the same boat as you. I always thought I'd wear a cute, white, spring dress but I came to the same realization that the shower will be in winter and threw that idea out the window. I'm looking at sweater dresses too but I'm thinking about wearing a sleeveless dress with a cardigan as well. Maybe a winter white, but I'm also looking at reds, purples, blues, and black & white dresses. But most importantly, the dress has got to look good with a pair of knee high boots! (For me anyway, I love my boots lol). Good luck searching! =)

My shower was on November 1st and I was totally taken by surprise. My girls did however ask me if they could hold a dress and pair of shoes of something I may want to wear the day of. I did not know you had to wear white for your bridal shower. I was stressing out because I could not find anything that I liked. So I went outside the box and ended up with a blue green sleeveless dress with nude shoes and called it a day. You will find what you are looking for and you will look amazing =)

What about an ivory/white lace dress with black tights underneath? I think that combo looks great in the winter and you can always change into nice shoes once you are inside.
