I am having trouble deciding on centerpieces - my date is not official yet, either dec 2007 or jan 2008 - i want a snowflake theme, but i dont want everything to look like christmas - any advice or ideas???

Just stay away from green and red and it wont look like x-mas. Winter theme can be done as long as its still winter! Good luck. My parents got married in the blizzard of 1978...Everyone showed anyway, snow boots and all!

Not sure if anyone else likes but I have seen some pics of centerpieces that were , well really only dead sticks with candles and well.. I thought they were really pretty...lol...especially for the winter.

a deep purple or sage would also be pretty.. and it goes with white for the snowflakes..

thanks im still looking but i do like the snowflake theme, i just have to find centerpieces - i am using snowflakes for my place cards, cake topper and some confetti - now i need white winter flowers
i was also thinking of white birch or bark, but i cant find any pics
maybe as it gets towards dec?

Just keep searching. Check out the community page too at the top of the site. Then click on the recent photos and you will see a lot of ppls ideas and what they did. Maybe that will help.
