My friend is engaged...and is wondering what the minimum is for that room...either Saturday or Sunday night... Also, where is the CH for that room... the restaurant?

Re: Winter Garden Pavillion room???
I have a Friday night so I can't help you....my minimum is 110.
CH- they gave us 2 rooms- Colonial Briar Fox and the smaller room adjacent to it (name escapes me). We got a great deal- good luck!

Re: Winter Garden Pavillion room???
The CH for that room depends on when it is. I have a sat. afternoon wedding, and my CH is in the restaurant. But I think if the wedding's on a Friday, it's in a room upstairs. Sat/Sun the rest. is closed so the CH is in there if it's Sat and Sun.
Minimum depends on what time of day the wedding is. Mine is Sat. afternoon, and my min is 110. Max for the room is 156. I would imagine that for a Sat. night, the minimum would be 120 or 125.
It's a gorgeous room so I hope she books there!

Re: Winter Garden Pavillion room???
My minimum for a Friday night was 90 guests. Our cocktail rooms were the two upstairs - Lantern Garden Room and the room adjacent to the photo suite.
I was considering getting married on a Sunday afternoon/night and the cocktail room was the restaurant. The minimum was 85 guests, I think.
It is a beautiful room. Our guests are still commenting on how amazing everything was.

Re: Winter Garden Pavillion room???
My minimum for a Sunday night was 110 and they were going to have my CH in some other room.
My only concern with the Winter Garden Pavillion was the size of the dance floor and I didn't like that it was right on top of the floor.

I have a hard time imagining 110 which was my minimum. I just felt it would be cramped (I saw it set for 125). Maybe it was just me but where were these people going to dance? It might have worked if we called up 2 tables at a time to dance.
