Maybe Treasure Island? There's one in the same shopping center as David's Bridal- that's Carle Place, I think.

I saw that your wedding's not till next Feb- I bet as Christmas rolls around there will be lots of winter themed things out, and you can find what you need. Plus, Xmas stuff seems to come out earlier and earlier, bet you'll be able to find something in October!

Take a peek on Oriental Trading for some ideas. I took a quick peek and I found these for you. I was thinking you could get one of those brachy white trees and hang the ornaments with people's seating assignments. It can also double as favor. They were only $9.95 for 12.
