Does anyone know how to do this, does anyone have apic? I am thinking about doing this instead of a guest book, but not really sure?

You use it instead of the guest book, and put wishes for the bride and groom.

Yes, my friend had one at her wedding. Her place cards were mini envelopes and inside the envelope was a mini notecard where guests wrote their sentiments and placed them in a large glass fishbowl. She then took the cards and put them into a scrapbook with her wedding cards, it was really nice and something different. The ONLY thing wrong was that there was a bottle neck because the bowl was on the same table as the place cards, so people were using the placecard table to fill out there cards and holding up the people behind them. So use a separate table.
I've seen a kit for them in a bridal accessory magazine whose name is escaping me at the moment, but it's something like Jean M. or M. Jean or something like that. I have it at home so I'll repost with the actual name.

All i need is the small envelopes, where can I get them. I ahve the papaer to make the cards, and I have the wish bowl.

I had mine made by Carol from Carol's Creations! I loved in. She is now a vendor on the site if you want to see her stuff. She can paint it to match your colors.

I am doing it too. I have a pic of what I will be doing...its a vase a big one with a ribbon ied around the neck that say OUr Wedding Wishes...unfortunely I dont have a scanner but will try to figure out a way to post it....sorry!

we used guest 'cards' which were left on tables for everyone to fill out. It was kind of more like fill in the blank. I then put it together for a guest book and even added the table shots. It came out Awesome and the stuff people wrote is PRICELESS

Bride and Groom are now newlyweds With love for each other filling their heads. Please write them a note, a wish, or a greeting. On the plane to XXX, they'll make for good reading. Or if you'd prefer, some advice would be nice On how to stay married and keep up the spice!
