we were gonna do Halloween but i make most of my $$ that time of year so it woulda been too hectic.

Thanks so much! My #1 fear is that FH's family will come in costumes that you SHOULDN'T wear to an elegant wedding! I can just see it...

Honestly, the reason we are having our wedding on Halloween is because we got a ridiculous deal. It was something that we couldn't pass up. It is funny too because I just casually mentioned Halloween and George Sr. from Giorgio's was like 'you are a smart cookie!'

So we aren't doing costumes but we are going to have all different kinds of masks (kind of like masquerade masks) at the tables for people to have fun with.

And it wouldn't be a good wedding on Halloween without a candy buffet! I am going to go all out for that.

Edit: The most ironic part is that I hate the color orange like it's my job! LOL

don't feel bad..I don't have a date twin either..but i always look at it as, its a less popular day, which means, less of the more popular vendors are booked for that day!!!!! always makes me feel better!

yep thats how i always think about it..and im never in a super rush to book..cause no one ever books for my date..at least thats what i've noticed so far!
