tomorrow i start the atkins diet again. i started the diet a couple months ago and lost 15 lbs, but i didnt stick with it and gained alll my weight back plus... this time i am sticking with it!!! plus starting my pilates up again!!!

Awesome. Good Luck. I feel so gross now. Just finished eating dinner and dessert at Danielles house and I feel like I am going to burst....On monday I will be starting WW plus low carb....
