Wish me luck . . .

Wish me luck . . .

Okay, so I have had it up to here (hand reaching above head)

I am trying a whole new approach and god knows if this doesn't work, then I have an awful lot of praying (and starving) to do over the next two years. I know it seems soon but I am figuring at the rate I am going, I am going to need to start now if I am going to lose anything by the time I start going dress shopping. I guess at this point if I can lose one pound per month I will consider it success!

So this is what I am doing. After bouncing from herbal to atkins to WW, I decided to 'cleanse myself'. I think I need to detoxify. So, I went to GNC, (and lucky for me there was a personal trainer shopping there at the time who agreed with the salesperson) and asked them for suggestions. He hooked me up with a 'Colon Cleansing' system. I have to take two supplements twice a day. For breakfast and lunch I am to have a Scan Diet Shake (they really are pretty good, and I do feel full - for now anyway). For dinner I am to have a meal containing complex carbohydrates and lean proteins such as fish or chicken.

I will keep you all posted of my progress (if any )

For those of you who have read my first post about 'discouraged and SRIs', you know where I am coming from and feel like I am at my wits end. If you have read my post about curves, then you REALLY know that I am at my wits end.

Thanks for your patience with my rambling!!!! Wish me luck!

Not to be negative here but, that stuff sounds TOTALLY unhealthy! In my opinion, your long term health is much more important than a crash diet. Take it from me...a former crash dieter...that is NOT the way to go!

I would really ask your doctor if this stuff is good for you.

Sorry to be annoying...
