Tomorrow I meet with my boss for my annual performance review...I'm banking (get it..banking) on a salary increase and hopefully a new position for the new year. Performance review is a whole process at my company so not sure how much will be accomplished tomorrow as it is Stage 1 of this process...but you better believe that I will be tooting my horn to the big guy tomorrow.
