Hope all went well

So I had my interview today at the school. The school looks great, and the head of the early childhood center said I would fit in there. Then she told the 2 positions she had- both of which I am overqualified for- working in the day care, or being a floater in the kindergartens. The jobs also pay 13 thousand dollars less than my current salary. I am so discouraged and worried. I need to find a job, I am so frustrated with my current boss. I have taken to coming into work, repeating to myself- I am here for the children and I am here for myself. I am not teaching for my boss, or my co-teacher. It still makes me mad that the only thing keeping them from rehiring me is the fact that they don;t like that I accuse to my co-teachers. I am good with the kids, good with the parents, and I am a hard worker. I feel so discouraged right now.

Laurie, I'm sorry you're so discouraged. I know you're going to find something perfect for you. You're a wonderful teacher and any school would be lucky to have you.
