I have NO IDEA what is wrong with my foot

i keep getting shooting pains (sort of like shin splints) up my ankle through my heel....
and i also have a burning sensation sometimes...very strange.
and it's swollen

at first i thought it was the weather, or maybe changing shoes, but it refuses to get better.
so, i finally decided i dhould go to the doctor and i actually made an appointment for this afternoon - i have NO IDEA what is wrong wtih it!

so we'll see what the doctor says today.....

thank you everyone!!

turns out i have tendonitis in my foot....apparently, i have an enlarged bone in my foot that makes it worse.
I've had tendonitis in the other foot for years....so I'm used to it.
He gave me a prescription for some steriods to take for a week, and I gt to go back on monday so he can fit me for orthopedics.....yay! when i hear that work i think of an 80 year old woman hobbling around in huge shoes.....
he offered to give me a cortizone shot today to help, but i declined due to my huge fear of needles....and my memory of the last time i got that shot

so it looks like the foot can stay and i may be able to walk normally again soon.....and my testicles will shrink from the roids

Maybe you will walk better after your testicles shrink from the 'roids

I am glad it is nothing life-threatening...hope you feel better

This is a good site. They sell products for foot problems & they have good descriptions to help you figure out what you need for your problem. So after you hear what the doc says, you may want to check it out.
