Going back to the Manolo store tomorrow to show the manager my damaged shoes!

UPDATE.....I went to the store, I had to leave work early to get there b/c the manager on stays until 6pm. I got there and I showed her the shoes and she said I doubt if I have any perfect pair of shoes in the entire store???? WTH???? I was like ok...so she says she has the shoe in a 6 1/2 without the buckle and can switch the buckle...so I look and my DOC and I was like yea that's all I want for more dirty hands on my white shoes...so the new shoes come up she flips open the box doesn't even look at them and hands me 1 shoe....so I look at her and I said are you kidding me...how could you miss the pink lipstick stain right in front...she takes it back and goes ooooo yeah let me see if we have another....another 6 1/2 without the buckle and it has a black spot...she goes well some women are pickier than others...those stains only bother certain women...so I got bridezilla and said I am the bride and I want what I want the way I want it so give me my money back........and ladies she did!!!!! I am writing a long letter to corporate!!!!

Glad to hear that you got your money back. I mean you pay so much money for the shoes, it WOULD be nice to get one that is new.

so unprofessional, at least you got your money back, and i would raise hell in that letter!!! if your spending hundreds of dollars on shoes, you expect quality not lipstick stains!
