Congrats on the house!!! That is so exciting!!!! Where in Hicksville is it? I live in Hicksville!
It is close to Our lady of mercy church/ school. Like 10 clocks behind that off South Oyster bay road. It is considered Hillside terrace.
Oh wow - I know exactly where that is!! It's right near my house - I live off of Woodbury Road - right by the firehouse! You are going to be my neighbor!

CONGRATS ON THE !
Chris and I just went through all of this (we closed on our house last week). This part, with the mortgage and all the paperwork can be stressful!
If you want to talk about it with someone who just went through it, feel free to FM me!!!
