i am so upset we bid what the asking price was and there were 8 other offers with the same offer. there was a bidding war after that and the house went for 40g over asking saids the broker can you imagine. it was a fixer upper and i was planning on ripping the baths rooms and kitchen out., i just dont understand people. i think that is why the house market is soo high because people do stupid things like that. sorry had to vent
