Wish me Luck..I am using my new crock pot for the first time today!!

How sad is that, my life has come down to getting excited about using a crockpot. But anyway, DH and I were in the store yesterday and saw a crockpot for 20 dollars, so we bought it. We have a real good one at my moms from my shower, but I will not use any of my shower stuff in this tiny gross apartment, plus the good one is way too big for our place, no storage room.
So anyway, I am making a pot roast. I seasoned it really nice, cut up potatoes, carrots, celery and onion and threw them in and now its cooking!! I can't wait for dinner tonight!! I'm thinking of inviting mom over too!!!

Yummy!!! Sounds great. We registered for a crock pot and it's one of the things I want most. But I can sympathize about not using the nice, big one in the apartment. I'll have the same issue.

I love mine -- and you come home from work to the nicest smells of dinner wadting through the house.

OMG, It smells so good already and its only been cooking for an hour!!

Now I am off to make home made stuffing for the chicken I am making tomorrow night and I am going to make Toll House chocolate chip cookies after that!! I am in such a cooking mood today!!
