Wish my little girl luck!!!! *UPDATE!!!*

A little background...
My daughter, who is now 15 months old, has had constipation issues since she was born!!!
She doesnt go to the bathroom much at all... Maybe 2 times a week.. .She was put on laxatives.. I have changed her diet so many times (we were on every formula you could imagine) and we have given her prunes/prune juice.. NOTHING works for her... It is the MOST painful thing in the world to watch her push and push and then hear her screaming in pain, I cry EVERYTIME.. Im tearing up thinking about it right now... I never thought I would be so excited to see poopy in my life... But I get so happy when she goes...
Anyways.. She goes to the gastro specialist AGAIN tomorrow morning and this time I am DEMANDING something be done about this... This has been going on for 15 months now, there is no reason they cant do something for her.. Im sick of it being brushed off.. Im sick of watching my baby be in so much pain and BLEED every time she goes or just TRIES to go...
So anyways...
Im asking you all to wish us luck and pray that they can figure something out for her!
Thanks girls!!!!

UPDATE:
So we went this morning at 11.. Once again!
Doctor was nice.. She had a finger in her little butt and turns out she is really full of crap, literally.... Already knew that!!! So she had to get blood work, got that and waiting for the results.. Has to go at 430 for the xray and in the meantime I have to go up to the store now and get her an enema and pick up her prescriptions... She has to take a new medication to help her out.. We go back in 2 months.. So hopefully all this will work...

Re: Wish my little girl luck!!!!

good luck to your little girl!

FYI: I had a similar problem and had to get a colonoscopy earlier this year. I knew something wasn't right and my belly looked big but it wasn't soft and fatty it was hard. My doctor almost waved it off and I insisted he take an xray. I was literally 'full of ****'. I went to the doc originally not only bc of the stomach being bloated and hard but also i would try so hard to poop and the few times i was successful I would bleed. He put me on Zelnorm and told me not to eat rice or bananas.

hope i didn't gross you girls out...just hoping maybe it'll help.

I will request an xray.. I have my mother going with me and she was in the medical field so she will know more about the terminology then me!
Thanks again!!!
Glad you are doing better!
