I'm having a very hard time focusing on this stupid test. Stupid New York CIvil Practice.

I got my Trust and Estates final coming up and I'm sooooooo over this nonsense already!!!!

They call it Perspectives on Legal Writing and Analysis, I believe.

Biggest crock of crap ever.

Lisa... mine was a disaster as well.. the exam format was completely not what I was expecting. Blah.

haaa too funny. ours is a mix of all the bar exam courses and all he does is 'rule..... rule...' please tell me he does that to you too! we actually had a mix of the two sons (the dad teaches the day course--- but i am evening)

YEah, sounds like the same effing class.. and that's how he teaches Bar Review also.. I'm SO taking Bar Bri!!

We get a different Pieper depending ont he subject... this class covered Crim, Real Prop, Family Law and Contracts and a practice MPT.

Yup same exact class----- i am still debating which bar course to take. i will actually be taking the dec-feb course at hofstra (cause i will be living close to there then)---- but i heard barbri just teaches you enough (and you have to learn more on your own) and pieper teaches you too much and you have to dumb it down. so i dont know which is better? both will not be live so who knows!!!!

My FH took BarBri in 08 and passed the first time... they make you do a lot on yor own, but Pieper does that dictation thing and I can't put up with that... plus FH says that BarBri gives you harder practice stuff to do so the bar exam feels like nothing compared to those questions. I trust him and I saw his materials and stuff, so that's what I'm going with.

How hard was ur pieper exam? He has been giving us midterms throughout the semester--- but his final was hard especially the multiple choice! glad it is over but yikesss..... not looking forward to the BAR!
