Anyone know where I can rent one? And how much they might be?

Try a party store like Party City. No idea of the cost (sorry!)

Re: Wishing Well?
I made one for my MOH shower. I used a broom and a mop and a laundry basket then decorated it with flowers and tulle. It did not take to long and if I remember correctly did not cost me more than 50.

That's a great idea, and then she gets to keep all that stuff! Genius.

I'm not sure where to rent one...I would have thought Party City as well. Maybe you could try to call Wrap with us in Syosset? I have no idea if they even have them.
But at my shower, my sisters used a cute tall Green Laundy Basket, with balloons tied to it....this way, it was cute, fit the colors, and was really easy to take all of the wishing well gifts home, since I got to keep the laundry basket
