I say no edging. I think the trim on the dress is enough, and the veil should be kept soft. That gown is so elegant!
Trim is really a preference, try a veil on with it and see how you like it on you. I didn't care for it, because all I saw was a line going around me, and I thought that would be all that showed up in the pics. That is just my personal preference though!

I would get with no edging. But you should definitely try one with edging on and see what you think. Edited to say: Your dress is beautiful. Congrats

Re: With this dress....
Thank you! I love it- it looks better on than on the hanger. My tiara is very sparkly. At first I wanted a plain veil, but just saw one with ribbon on that dumb tv show and thought it looked so pretty.

Re: With this dress....
What is a rolled edge? Here is my tiara- it is prettier and more sparkly in person. It is also not as big as it looks.
Your tiara is very pretty also. It's going to look beautiful with the dress. If you liked the veil with the ribbon, is there a way you can try one on with your dress? I would try it on w/the dress before you buy it. Just in case.

Re: With this dress....
I can try it, but I already ordered my veils plain. I am sure I can change it, though. They said after it comes in they can add stuff.

Re: With this dress....
I would just call your bridal shop and tell them that you like the veil with the ribbon edging and would like to go in and try it on with your dress. I'm not 100% sure, but when they say they can add stuff to the veil, doesn't that mean pearls or diamonds onto the veil. I didn't think it meant ribbon edging. I would call to double check. Maybe they haven't ordered the veil yet and can change the order if you decide you like the ribbon edging veil better.
Sorry to ramble Good Luck

I'd vote for a plain rolled edge.

Re: With this dress....
Is the plain rolled edge what it comes with? When I was there shw showed me an edge that she said is added later. It was some kind of stitching...
