WM Cancellation Policy XPost

I have a friend who is booked at WM and is considering canceling. It's more for convenience than anything, not that she's unhapy with them, if you're wondering.

Has anyone every canceled with them or know what their policy is?

I AM SURE SHE WILL LOOSE HER DEPOSIT AND MAYBE ANY MONEY SHE HAS PAID

We cancelled with them but we had it in the contract that we had 30 days to cancel.

It's been more than 30 days for her. I also think she will lose her deposits but wanted to see if they say anything about returniny any part of it if the date is re-booked.

Thanks!

if its 6 months prior Suffolk County has a policy that you will get everything back but $1K, I had to cancel the first hall I booked and it was in Suffolk.
