and does this count towards your minimum guarantee???
like if your minimum is 200 people at 125 per head... how do the kids prices fit in there?
do you need 200 adults to make the minimum?
kids dont count?

No, kids 10 and under are $40 and no they do not count towards your min. Kids 11 and over are considered adults. Your garnt is adult plates only.

You have the choice for ALL kids under 10 to get them a meal or not...for the very young kids (three and under) I did this and they ate dinner at the cocktail hour- For the children that I ordered meals for they were half price and I believe the cutoff is 10.
