Did you tip the BM and MD? My coordinator sent me over a tipping guideline list and it says on there that if you're being charged a service fee that it probably covers their tips. Just wondering what you girls did. TIA

The service fee covers the tip for the wait staff but not the BM or MD. They actually will tell you that you have to tip them (with recommendations) at your final meeting.

WM suggested something like $3-5/guest for the MD and $75 for the BA. We had approx 100 guests so I made up envelopes with $400 for the MD and $75 for the BA. We then gave the best man a 'discretionary' envelope for vendors that went above and beyond. At the end of the night I thnk the MD ended up with $500 and the BA got $150.

The MD and the BA (bridal attendant). Odds are the BM isn't even there on the day of your wedding. We spoke with a different BM everytime we called or went in to make a payment. So I wouldn't even know which one to tip if we had to. I've never heard of anyone tipping the BM. (one less person to worry about)
