Are any of you going to the bridal showcase at the Westbury on March 14th? I haven't been able to attend any of them since we booked there (I work in Manhattan and live in Westchester so I can't ever get there in time), but my fiance went to one by himself (brave, brave man) and said it was good.
I feel silly going because everything's already booked (I'm getting married in May), but I thought I'd sample the hors d'ouevres and wander around anyway.

I just got the invite in the mail today--- I was thinking I may go-- I actually stil have a few things left to book--- but by March I REALLY should have evrything done!!!!
I think I might go and walk around and really observe the hall and waitstaff since my focus will not be on the vendors.

I saw it on their website, so I just called and reserved. I didn't get a card either. At least, not yet.

I am definiltely going!! We went to one last spring/summer. It was so much fun .. I am pretty much booked so there is no need for me to go but we are going just for the FOOD! Last time they had the mashed potato bar it was so good! And the trio of fountains. i was so excited when i got hte invite in the mail!

i havent gotten my invite yet either. id love to go...even tho just about all my vendors are booked already. but i live in bay ridge, so it's a hike to go during the week. i'm going to try tho.

there shows are the best and def. worht it just for a night of some good food and to see the staff and grounds like others mentioned. i have prob been to about 3 already and love going everytime.

If you are able to, definitely go! I loved visiting WM any chance I got-even if it was to drop off a payment. We go Feb 11th for our free anniversary dinner, I can't wait!

ohhh and last time we went they had the mash potato bar which was sooo yummy!!! i wanted to add it but FH said 'who wants to eat mashed potatos in july??' i kind of agree but they were yummy. they also have another new enhancement....a sangria bar!!!! i am totally adding that. now sangria is an all year bevrage!

I got my invite today but I never get to go. I work til 8 every wed. So hopefully you guys can fill me in on how it goes. I never mail in my deposits so that I can go and walk around I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
