Do DJ , photographer and kids bewteen 4-10 (the discounted people) count towards min?

No they do not. If you are under your minimum you pay full price until you reach your minimum then you get the discounted rate.

I have opposite...some I think would come (like my Father's best friend) said no...I am soo upset about that..so that means his kids won't either...

but some surprisingly said yes
