Wondering if anyone has seen the inside of this house???
it was listed at 359,000. dropped to 339, and now down to 329...... I was wondering whats the reason for it dropping in price... I know its near SS pwky and seaford oyster bay but still its good school and town..... its listed as north massapequa with plainedge schools

I just wanted to say maybe the price went down because the owners asked for too much. Seeing that no one was interested at a higher price and they really want to sell it they keep lowering it.

I used to live in N Massapequa. It was a nice area. I lived South of Southern state parkway.

It looks like it has an apartment in it and maybe they are having problems getting the tenants out. If so, I'd proceed with caution. It cost us (not the loser sellers.....US) $5500 to get the two tenants out of our Bellmore house so we could close. The court sided with the tenants.

DH and I drove by it today!!! We didn't see the inside, but we really weren't impressed with the outside. It needs lots of landscaping, and we just didn't like the 'tilty' look of the roof. It's on Briarwood.

this house has been listed for awhile now. i remember seeing it when we first started looking on this website. it must be near our apt b/c we are in n. mass near the SS.

I havent seen it but I could imagine lots of reasons why the price would drop like that. They may have started out too high. They may need to sell it fast to close on another house There might be financial trouble forcing a sale There might be a divorce forcing a sale

I live in N. Massapequa. I haven't seen the house before, but maybe it may need major work inside or they need to move and are desperate to sell.

i just got an email from the broker and the problem is it's a 2 bedroom and then studio apt, split in a weird way.
