WOO HOO!!!!

I had won a auction on e-bay right before I got married for a bridal cape to wear over my dress for my wedding. My wedding came and went and I never got the darn thing Most of you know how busy you are right before and then you leave for your honeymoon and when you come back you have to deal with all the post wedding stuff so by the time I notified Paypal they said it was too late So I went to my CC company and they tried to get the money back also but had no luck. So I was out $114.50.

I just got a letter in the mail that they want to re-open my case, because of the NYS Atorney General So as of right now they are crediting my account and hopefully I will see that money again!!!!!


The worst thing about this is that the e-bayer I won the from was a charitable organization for children with Autism. You would think they would be reputable

Apparently I wasn't the only one this happened too. They had all positive feedback (when I was bidding) after it didn't arrive and I went to write negative feedback , they had a couple of people who wrote that their items were never recieved either. They also never responded to any of my e-mails either.
