The closing only took 45 minutes. It went really quick! Before hand it was really nerve wracking but once we got there it was pretty exciting!

Congratulations! We just closed on our townhouse last Monday. The sellers are renting back for a month so we'll move in on the 25th. I can't wait!!! It's exciting having your own place, isn't it?

Congrats!!!!!!! That's great news!!!

I feel your pain. We closed a few weeks ago - and are still doing sooooo much work (currently finishing the unfinished basement - a full-time job in itself).

I hate to say it, but it's not going to slow down soon. The first week will feel almost overwhelming, but eventually you'll sit down with your glass of wine (or whatever relaxes you) and remember to take a break!!!!

congrats! As marnles said, I feel your pain also. We closed on our house in July and are still doing major work! it never ends! Just (try) to enjoy seeing the process unfold! The results are well worth it!

My dad and uncle just went to closing on Monday for there mom's condo. I am so glad that is over with because its been 2 months of sleepless nights for my dad.

Congrats on the house, cant wait to see pics when you are all settled
