Woo hoooo

So Friday we're going to the East Wind in Wading River... Anyone have any opinions about it?? Pros and cons? Any other places to go look at?? I'm looking to stay in Suffolk Cty..

Everyone RAAAVES about East Winds. My cousin had her wedding there this summer and it was really gorgeous. I don't know what room she was in, but even the drive along all of the little back roads are nice and then once you get to East Winds, it's very breathtaking. No doubt that you'll like it!

One of my friends booked that place, but unfortunately had to cancel the wedding. We went there to look at it and the place was BEAUTIFUL! I heard the food is pretty good as well and they give you ALOT!!! I saw her menu...its CRAZINESS! Also, they're very reasonable and you hardly notice there's another reception going on. Not only do they stagger times for pictures but they have completely seperate entrances and valets...GOOD LUCK...I hope ya love it!!!

FH and I booked East Wind for our wedding. We absolutley fell in love with it right away. It was the third place we looked at. We had more lined up but they blew every other place out of the water. They are so helpful with all of my questions and everything. Let me know if you have any other specific questions.

i went to a wedding there in dec and it was very pretty and elegant.
if my ex's sister didnt get married there i would have gone to re-look at it.

the only con i have it's a little far out east for me at least (i live in nassau) i forgot how far it is after the exit...but there are hotels there

I know about 30 people that have gotten married there...it is so funny...I am from Eastern Suffolk and my hall is all the way in Mid Nassau....alll the people invted to my wedding have either had their wedding or been to a wedding at east wind...witht that comment I have never heard anything bad about the place from anyone, I had my prom there and it was awesome!
