Good question.. I'm wondering about this too.
The woodbury was my first choice, but they were booked for my wedding date. I asked about the cake situation because I really have my heart set on the 'mad hatter'. I inquired about it and the BM told me that it would be extra $$ because his baker was unfamiliar with fondant and they would have to have it sent out to be made. The inhouse cake would have to be made of whipped cream or butter cream and it is usually decorated with flowers. But anything with fondant would have to be sent out. Hope this answers your question.

when we were looking at woodbury c.c we asked about the pastries if they would made on premise and i was told there from dortonis in levittown. maybe you can just order a cake that you would be interested in from them. i love there stuff there very good
