Woodbury Country Club Brides!!!!

Hi! I am planning to book Woodbury Country Club with FH for November 17, 2013 and I would like some input!!

For any WCC brides, could you tell me what was included in your wedding? And how everything turned out? I would REALLY appreciate it! Thank you!!!!!

FI and I will hopefully be booking this week, my parents are going to look tomorrow. One question we had was what exactly is included in the vienesse hour. We've been to weddings with huge VHs and we are looking for the same.

We are getting closer and closer to booking. I can't wait! A couple more questions, silly details I suppose. Does anyone know what the driveway entrance looks like during the 'in season'? FH doesn't think it's so great. Mind you we saw Crest Hollow the day before and, being a firefighter, I think the fire pits got his attention real quick. Also wondering if anyone has had a function, namely a wedding, in the downstairs room. How many people did you fit comfortably down there. We are looking at a guest list of about 185-200 people. We were told they could fit 250 comfortably but my parents and FI think that would be tight. We want to do tables of 10, 12 in limited cases.

I am posting my review up in the next day..

We got the VH after hours lounge with the couches and it was amazing!! They had pastries and cakes galore and cookies and ice cream sundaes and ice cream cookie sandiwches (HUGE HIT!!) and a flambe station.

We had our reception downstairs and had about 220 people. We had 16 tables of 10-12 circles and then added 4 ovals that fit up to 14 people because we didn't want to split people up. The ovals were for the BP table and the other two were next to the BP table near the windows so it wasn't too bad on space.

I think they make you do all ovals if you are over 250 but I could be wrong.

One thing to note is that one side is smaller than the other side so it limits how many tables they can fit there.
