FH and I are going to look at the Woodlands in Woodbury this weekend. Anybody have any feedback or reviews of the place? I have never heard of the place and I am wondering how the food is and what your overall impressions of the place are. Thanks

Re: Woodlands
I'm getting married there in 3 weeks (ahhh) and I LOVE it there. It's exactly what we were looking for - classy, not very flashy, and beautiful!
We had our tasting there in August and the food was awesome. I totally gained a pound that week lol.
FM me if you have any other questions!

Re: Woodlands
that was our runner-up! it is lovely; old-world mansion, old tiles and wood, etc. it is really pretty and i love that you pull up to a circular driveway w/ a fountain. this is the quote i got when we went a few months back;
Sun pm, Oct '11 - 160pp (150 person min) Sat pm, Oct '11 - 135 (175 person min) Sat/Sun afternoon, Oct '11 - 120pp (100 person min)
i have to say the only drawback for us was the main dining space; we felt like there rly isnt a defined dance floor area but honestly the place is gorg! :)
hth :P

Re: Woodlands
I'm having my wedding there next year. I love the old world charm. It's classy and elegant. I tasted some apps and they were amazing. They always get great food reviews. I love the outside, the drive up to the mansion. It makes a very nice first impression for guests.
