Not sure what to pick for our 3 signature drinks...Friday nite in June - was thinking Dirty Martinis, Cosmos and maybe Lemon drop??
Any other ideas? Kind of like Pomegrante too...thought of chocolate but think that may be too much to start the night off with all the food they have there....

Yes - basically you can have 3 signature drinks for when guests are first arriving (anyone can get regular drinks at the bar) but they have special martini 'flavors' and you choose what you'd like...they have Key Lime ones

i think the ones you chose are good- one is simple and classic, one 's fruity and another light fresh one. especially since its summer, you dont want anything too heavy

I agree - great choices! I like the variety.
We were thinking of doing older drinks - like a sidecar or a tom collins or something appropriate for the time when the mansion was in it's heyday. Would have to do some research to find out exactly which drink in which decade was most popular though.

Hey Laura! We met with Melanie on Friday to finalize everything and we mixed our up a bit. Since it's the summer and hot out we're going with a Lychee martini, one of my fave's, a mojito - it's nice and lite and the classic golden margarita. Hope you're all set, time is flying!
