Does anyone have any info or comments about the Woodlands co-ops in Islip? Thank you ahead of time.

Re: Woodlands co-ops
My DH and I used to live in Islip, and though I love Islip, the Woodlands complex is VERY close to the train tracks, and backs up to a Pathmark that accepts foodstamps (most of the other supermarkets do not in the area), so for some reason there are always gangs and people who don't look great hanging out outside. I do love Islip though. I miss it.

Re: Woodlands co-ops
we research co-op there and maniente fees were way too high... i think they were in the 800-900 for a 2br townhouse. i'm pretty sure it included taxes but not postive.
i lived down the road across from the high school.. the train inst the most annoying thing but you do notice it. area is nice but that pathmark tend to pick up other types of people like the post above me
how many bedroom you looking for?
there are 2 1 bedrooms in the complex i'm looking at currently
