Woodlands Food Tasting

I know that there aren't many Woodlands brides on here, but is anyone else going to the food tasting tomorrow night?

I wish I was a woodlands bride. They did not have my date open It is beautiful there and the food is great!

Where you going to pick your menu? I don't think it's an open food tasting, just for the B&G's that are going to pick their menu.

The food was great (except that I was not a big fan of the gnocci appetizer). I was a little disappointed about the fact that there was a set menu and we didn't get to pick out the foods that we wanted to try. But I spoke to my BM and we scheduled another tasting in a few weeks. At this second tasting, she has assured me that we'll be able to try foods that we are actually thinking of having at our wedding. After this second tasting we are going to chose our final menu.

My friend got married here Nov. 2004 - I was a BM. I have a ton of pics if you want to see. It was a fun wedding! Food was delish. There was an amazing choc fountain for dessert - I think she got them to throw that in for free. It was a huge hit - everyone loved it.
