FH and I just got back from doing our taxes and we did SOOOO well this year! Owning a place definitely bumps up your returns a ton! I'm finally feeling better about paying for everything now!

It's great right? We got to claim our co-op and maintance and are getting a lot back too. Plus, my parents aren't claiming me for the first time so I'm super excited too
