WOOHOO!!!

I went to the nutritionist today & weighed in......

So far since mid-June I have lost 40.75 lbs!!!

since i got engaged in december ive gained 10 pounds of which i need to lose plus the other 20 ive put on do to the comftability ive been in. how do you get motivated to lose weight. i need your advise for the live of me ive been such a computer freek with this website and watching reality tv lately. ive turned into what i never though i could be a couch potato. aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
