I went to weigh in today, and guess what??? I lost 4.6 pounds. This is my 8th week and I am just 2.3 pounds away from my goal. I am so excited.

AHAHAHA MUFFY to the rescue lol....

I didnt get to have my normal after weigh in dinner though tonight. I will do that for tomorrows dinner....Cheeseburger deluxe with well done fries and onion rings. Gotta use some flex points before the new week starts saturday.
