Woohoo!! First draft of my invites...w/pics

My friend is designing our invites for us...and she just sent me her first draft. She's going to make some minor changes to it here and there...but this is what we have so far.

We're going to try to get this part letterpressed...we're trying to figure out if we can afford it or not. But this is going to go into a red petal envelopment...and we're going to print the rest of the cards ourselves.

I LOVE THEM!!!! Not to sound like a copycat but that's the look I was going for as well. Yours came out gorgeous, so elegant. They have similar ones on whiteaisle and kenziekate but they're sooooo expensive. I don't know how I'm going to swing them.

hahahahaha....Thanks, I actually wanted to add red in there...but it was twice the price to letterpress in two colors...so we just made everything black!

MissLiss....I'm a copycat too!!! I sent my friend a whole bunch of images from invites that I loved..and she kind of took it from there.

maybe when you're done doing you're own printing you could add a red crystal on it, or rhinestone or something....for just a splash of red? just an idea.....though they do look so elegant as is.
