Well I went for the Post office interview today, and I had a great interview. The woman that inteerviewed me was really impressed with me and set me up for a medical exam for this afternoon which I just got back from.

They told me if I passed the exam, that I had the job. Well I passed the exam...and I am leaving my letter of resignation tomorrow morning at my company.

I will be starting October 18th...So I can only leave a one week notice at my company. Boy are they going to be mad.

The 117 area....Anywhere from Bellmore to Patchogue. Not sure what post office yet. They will give us a few to choose from on the first day of training.

AWESOME SCOTT!!!!!

You are going to be SO much happier, and congratulations to you on taking that leap to a new job! That really took a lot of guts, but I'll bet you're glad you did it now! :) You'll definitly have to share all the juicy details when you hand in your letter of resignation! DH and I are on the south shore too - you might be on our route if you're ever in East Meadow Hooray for you - Congrats again!!!!
