so i figured out if everyone left to respond says yes ...which I know almost all except for maybe about 5 will say yes. we will end up at at most...195 people. so no matter what...we'll be paying the minimum price possible.

yeah some of the people who haven't responed are FH's grandma and aunts...but we know 100% they are coming...I just don't like putting down yes until i see the rsvp in my hands

That's great! FH and I had been hoping. FH didn't think so because we invited 255, but I am more than positive we'll come in right at our minimum which we paid off back in March

That is funny. Most are sad about it, not you. Great attitude. You can throw in the vendors then. We were 4 under our min without the kids. We had an issue with the hall and the vendor fees, but in the end, we figured it out to be a minimal difference. I had more no's than anyone on this site probably. We invited about 170 and ended up with 75 including us and 9 kids. I was very bummed and hurt about the people that are not coming.

Congrats!!! How many was your min? 195? That is a lot! We invited 148 and only had 98 guests!!!! Our min was only 75!!!
