Woohooo...I just got back from the Dr.

Woohooo...I just got back from the Dr.

and I lost a pound! So I'm 22 weeks and have only gained 1 pound so far! (I'm overweight to begin with, so I am trying not to gain much, but I was pretty happy about this!)

That's great! I know I didn't have an appetite for a couple of weeks into my 2nd tri, but then BOOM, all of a sudden I made up for lost time . Now I have to try to work off all that 2nd tri eating I did
