Wooohooo, great sale!

So I went to Macy's this morning to check out their labor day sale on shoes and I found some gorgeous Joan&David brown leather dress shoes, normally $99, on sale for . . .$35!!! The woman said she had to double check the price because that brand never goes on sale like that! Then I had the 10% off coupon and $18 left on a gift card.

Sooooo, the total I paid today was $15 !!!!

Gotta love Macys!

Haha, well now that they are on our registry every time I buy something, 10% of every purchase gets put on a gift card for us after our wedding. So, technically all my shopping actually helps us in the end . . . right?!!! lol

wait a sec ... when you register at macys, and then buy anything there, 10% goes on a card that they give you after the wedding? And this is in addition to the 5-10% of each registry gift price (cant remember which it is) that gets put on this same card ??

I MUST register there.

Exactly! Everything we buy on our Macy's card gives us 10% back on a gift card and anything bought on our registry gives us 5% on the gift card. So after the wedding we get a big fat gift card!!! Oh yeah, you know where Im doing my Christmas shopping this year! lol

I have to get in on the shoe bragging after the Macy's Labor Day Sale. I got 2 fabulous pairs of shoes for $33 total. One is from Caparros and matches my wedding dress perfectly!! Never thought that I sould spend only about $16 on my shoes for the wedding.
BTW they are comfy too, as an added bonus
