When are you able to change what it says under your user name? I don't want it to say 'I'm addicted' after I reach x posts but... when are you allowed to change it?

I just changed it as soon as i hit 1000 posts. if you go to accounts, there should be a added box there when you hit 1000 posts and you can type in what you want it to say.
