So I made a big deal of keeping my shower a secret and then my mom left me with her cell phone! I couldn't take it I began to snoop lol There I found it..... the text message to my sister stating the date of my shower!! I was so excited yet felt so guilty . Did anyone else find out about their'surprise' shower??? I guess I'm supposed to act surprised anyway but I'm such a bad liar !!!
I knew the date of my shower, but I found out a little more info about it mistakenly. My mom and sister left the invite sitting right there on the table and invited me over after work. I got there and was the only person in the house, so of course I peeked. I felt horribly guilty but I never ever let on that I knew more than they were telling me. I will take that secret to the grave!!
lol True at least now I know what to wear! I really need to work on this surprise face though lol
I was upfront about wanting to know the date of my shower. It's tomorrow actually! I scheduled a hair and make-up trial for the morning.
I actually asked my BM's to pick any Saturday in June-August. They happened to pick July 24th. The only reason I had an idea my shower was coming was because gifts from my registry started to be delivered to the house. I had not clue about where it was being held, decorated, etc so I still look pretty surprised in my shower pics, lol.
