wording for placecards-please help

So am i doing :
Mr. and Mrs. Joe Smoe- for married couples (do I include the womens name or leave just the man's?)

Mr. Joe Smoe- Single people

Mr. Joe Smoe and Guest (or is it: & Guest)- people bringing dates i dont know

Mr. Joe Smoe
Ms. Abc Def- 2 people who are couple but not married (also do i alphabetize them or do man first then women, and i have one couple who are lesbians so i would do them ABC order i assume?)

Do i give all the placecards to the hall in alphabetical order or do they do that when they set up?

Thanks

Lenny and I can't wait for your wedding Saturday!!!

For married couples I did Mr. and Mrs. Joe Schmoe. mostly because that's how the rsvps came back and I wasn't calling 300 people to ask for their wife's name.

for those that were bring a guest I did & guest if they didn't put their name on the rsvp

I would assume a same sex couple you would do in alpha order

I was asked by my hall to bring the place cards already in alpha order

we have a same sex couple too, but it is a family member of the best man....we are putting the bm's brother's name first because we are closer with him than his boyfriend
