Does anyone have any suggestions on how to word the insert that we are actually going to enclose in the STD cards so people can get a head start on reserving the hotel rooms that we've blocked ? Thanks

On my daughter's save the date card, she noted that for further information, her guests should check out her website. On the website she provided all of the hotel information.

I think mine said:
A limited number of rooms has been reserved at the NAME OF HOTEL. Please call and reserve a room for the BRIDE LAST NAME/ GROOM LAST NAME wedding by DATE ROOM NEEDS TO BE BOOKED BY. To receive our special rate, mention the group discount code: CODE. After DATE ROOM NEEDS TO BE BOOKED BY, unreserved rooms will be released for outside reservations.
For guests staying at the hotel, shuttle bus transportation will be provided to and from the reception.
