Wording for Room Reservation inserts

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to word the insert that we are actually going to enclose in the STD cards so people can get a head start on reserving the hotel rooms that we've blocked ? Thanks

I originally was going to have an accomodations insert but most of my rooms in my block are booked so I decided not to include it because it is highly likely that there won't be any rooms left anyway. But here is what I had:
