Wording Help for Hotel Info Insert

Does anyone have wording to use for including on the small card in the invitation that tells out of town guests about the arrangements that have been made for hotel and transportation?

I think I used something like:

'For your convenience, a block of rooms is being held at:'

We just used:

For your convenience, we have blocked
rooms at the following hotels:

then give them the info for how to book and when the deadline is.

I wrote something like this....

For your comfort and convenience we have blocked rooms for our guests at ______ (hotel name).
The room rate is _____. Please RSVP (give the date and phone number to call).

I also included any confirmation numbers and the name that the reservation was made under.

Im not an etiquette expert but I would put:


Guest accomodations have been arranged at the __________ Hotel (000)-111-2222.
Mention the bride's last name - groom's last name Wedding.

If you chose 2 different hotels, just put 'and at the _______ Inn (000)-111-2222 ' right after the first hotel.


I think it best to keep it short and sweet. Im sure people will call you to find out more if they need to.

The hotel actually had a great card that includes directions, etc. But it was not complete. So my insert needs to supplement that.
