Wording Help Please!!!

Ok, I need help with wording this. In lieu of favors we are donating money to Breast Cancer in memory of my mother who past 4 years ago. Does anyone know the correct working for this. I'd of course like to put in that it's in memory of mother.
Im going to put it on scrolls and lay them on people's plates with a ribbon.

In lieu of a traditional wedding favor, we have made a donation to the American Diabetes Association in your honor and in loving memory of bride's father's name here, in honor of groom's father's name here, and for all those affected by diabetes.
