I have a question. We are not inviting children or teens to the wedding so how do you tactfully add this to your invitation? Do you write adults only or adult event only?

Re: Wording on invitations
Adults Only Reception
Other things to do - inner envelopes with just the names of people invited, putting the # of seats reserved for them on the repsonse card.
Just be prepared, no matter what, people will ask you if they can bring their kids.

Re: Wording on invitations
I have seen Adult Reception on the invites. We had no children at the wedding and on our invites we just addressed the inner envelopes to the adults of the family 'Mr and Mrs SoandSo', not 'The SoandSo Family' And then jsut word of mouth to our family and friends. We had no problems.
